How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want homeowners who reach out to Representationtherapy Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Representationtherapy Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If tree work at your property went badly, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Representationtherapy Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@representationtherapy.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
